Hey, I have updated every single one of my drivers and even used the Intel Graphics Driver Update Scanner and the results were that my graphics driver was up to date! I also have run a DXDiag report / DirectX Diagnostic Scan as per request and the details are here: https://dumptext.com/EN8JZA3c
I hope this issue can be resolved as I was, and still am, exited to play Destiny 2!
Thank you, please get back to me soon, Lawrence.

Alright, thank you @BNGHelp6, I already guessed that my computer specs were not particularly great so thank you for clearing that up for me! However, if I were to buy a very high performance gaming laptop from top brands such as Razer or Asus, would I be able to run and play Destiny 2, or do you guys just not support laptops of any kind at all? Thank you yet again, Lawrence.

1 ReplyHi. Thanks for your report. Looking over your DxDiag, we don't officially support laptops. Your RAM might be an issue, and I don't believe your graphics card is supported.
