D2 servers are unavailable for me anyway to fix this?
I’ve already done all the usual close app/ turn off WiFi/ console. And I keep getting this message over and over again saying the servers are unavailable and try again. Silentghost707 on ps4

3 RepliesIf the servers are coming up not available, you probably have a corrupt cache on one of your devices (console, router, modem). I would suggest doing the following * Power down your console, router and modem * Unplug all three of them COMPLETELY from the wall outlet (console, router, modem) * Leave all of them unplugged for >3 minutes * Plug in your modem, allow to sync for >2 minutes * Plug in your router, allow to sync for >2 minutes * Plug in your console, boot up, go to settings, go to network, run full network diagnostics * Write down your results for later use * Get out of settings and attempt to run Destiny 1/2 If the above steps do not work, please post your results from your network test here.
