The best thing about Black Armory? More exotics we will never see drop. Considering I only have a couple of Forsaken exotics (not including the quest items) the probability I'll see Black Armory weapons fall's to near zero.
Yet the quest items are fairly easy (even if I still have not got my WE Bow ran out of time last week). Maybe the answer is for all exotics to be quest items. Specifically quests with NO RNG based steps!!!

I could live with that if what they’re saying is true that the new black weapons are above exotics. That’s been the rumor for a while but without any confirmation by bungie on anything I still haven’t preordered

I literally got every exotic drop from Tess before I got my first actually Forsaken exotic gear piece. Jeez just gimme that Korean NPC, Yuna. She sells Forsaken exotics..granted they cost like $5, but at this point, IDGAF 👌

8 RepliesThis thread proves the community is now starting to split into two factions. Those blessed by RNGesus, and those he's Forsaken... Those that are blessed believe that it's the Forsaken's fault for their bad luck. Because they're not suffering they think that their luck is universal, not unique. The Forsaken on the other hand are sick of getting beaten and downtrodden by RNGesus. Sure, he may look their way every once in a while, but as a whole they're pretty battered. Really this is just proof that we need Three of Coins back. This is the best and most fair way to tip the scales and balance the drops. Whoever decided to remove them from Xur should never be allowed to make another decision at Bungie ever again.

indeed. Have so few of the new exotic items after playing constantly. Most of those I have had drop are not of interest so hey I have that going for me. Oh wait no that is not a good thing. I am sure they will put in a nice new vendor to start selling us exotics for you know a little silver.....Can't think of any other reasons to make it to where as few people who purchase content have exotics now as there are few players that complete the raid. Hell soon I guess if they continue to "double down" on this new hard core player strat most of those buying the game won't get past the story mode....

I'd like to see bungie actually comment on why the drop rate is the way it is and why xur doesn't seem the odd one, stupid idea.

Pro tip: trying taking a break from the game. One day, five days, a month. Take yourself out of the grind and play something else for a long amount of time before returning to D2. Betcha ten to one that you will receive Exotics ten times faster.

I don't have any forsaken exotic weapon....not a lot of armor either. And I played long enough to reset my PvP rank 6x 4 without Double or triple XP, get Luna, AND hit 600 twice solo....and not one exptic weapon has dropped and only three armor pieces have? I'm not even thinking about buying the annual pass or black whatever. If they cut content on me well.... Oh well, bye Destiny 2

6 RepliesIts been more then two months since this god damned expansion released and i only have 1 class exotic for my hunter and obviously its not what i hoped i would get.. i play this game a lot and i dont think i am being rewarded for the time i put into this game. We need xur to sell fated engrams to let us get 1 exotic that we have not yet acquired per week so at least we can finish our collections before the next dlc.
