I am using a HyperX Cloud II headset but for some reason the voice chat is not working. My mic does seem to work and people can hear me but I cannot hear them. I can see that they are talking but cannot hear anything, which is REALLY frustrating. I've tried several things already:
- Reinstall Battle.net & Destiny 2
- Changed the settings in the battle.net app (voice chat output device > HyperX)
- Checked the settings in Destiny 2 (not much to change here)
- Made sure recording and playback devices in Windows are set up properly (everything works in other games, skype, etc.)
- Made sure drivers are up to date
I've seen some people talk about setting their 7.1 surround headset to dual mode, but mine does not have this function, and if I plug the headset into the PC without the amp inbetween, my mic does not work.
Does anyone have any suggestion on how to fix this? Or does anyone have any clue how to actually contact Bungie instead of going through forums? I'd love to give them a call...

2 RepliesHello. Bungie doesn't have a phone support line to call and doesnt offer troubleshooting regarding external hardware such as microphones, headsets, etc. Have you contacted the manufacturer to see if they have any additional troubleshooting steps?
