Breakthrough removed from Competitive Playlist.

Starting today, Breakthrough has been removed from the Competitive Crucible playlist. This mode may still be accessed through the Weekly Crucible playlist when featured. If you have feedback concerning the mode, please leave it here. Cozmo and I will be collecting feedback, and passing along to the team.

    • Breakthrough is a fun idea but the scoring needs to be adjusted. Losing round after round because a stacked team can camp at their spawn is frustrating. Make the middle vault count for a point so round isn’t a waste for the team that manages to cap middle.

    • The respawn timers are too long and the defenders have to big an advantage with the attackers spawning on the other side of the map

    • Personally I like the mode and I haven't had any grief issues with it, But I feel like that maybe you can relay to adjust the spawn locations only on breakthrough since that's where you are having the most issues. Hopefully you get to see this and that it gets up the line of command!

    • So instead of a Neutral Breaker make it like Countdown but with 2 OBJ’s ... win condition is still 3 Points and every round switches Team Roles ... Attacker/Defender and btw Respawn Timer should be lower for the Defending Team and not for the Attacking Team ... Default spawns should be like 7 seconds ... Attacker get 5 seconds after Breaker deployment and defenders 3 Seconds ... Altogether this would be a game mode ppl could enjoy then!

        • Remove it altogether please. Why not let us choose the mode we want to play instead of random through quickplay? Every team I play with literally groans when control comes up. We all hate it, but are stuck with it more often than not.

            Please remove the crucible "playlists", I call them 'multi-lobbies'. Please allow people to choose which type of game they want to play. Players should be able to choose between the few types instead of being forced into a sort of crucible "lottery". Edit grammer

          • Honest opinion on this mode. It seemed stupid to be “capture this point, okay, now you have 2 minutes to capture this point or you lose”.... the teams are almost incentivized to not capture the breaker and just win on the vault defense. I think that the other team should have an opportunity to recapture the breaker and turn the game around. Like that battlefield 1 mode (the name eludes me right now)

            • Fix heavy. One of my last game the other team literally was able to have 3 people use heavies within 10 seconds of each other. Wardcliff seems to be bugged and give more ammo than it should.

            • I really liked the game mode. Very fast paced since the map is small. Didn't like how it seemed pointless to capture the breaker. Usually just let the opponents capture and then team defends for the win.
