Am I trash because I use Telesto in PvP?
I get a lot of hate mail for it. To the mad kids who send it I say, please, keep it coming, it's hilarious.

I think the Telesto is a fantastic exotic... But I'm extremely surprised that it's not in the heavy slot. You have to play slow when facing someone using a Telesto... You never know who/where the op is that's using that true exotic. As I always say, if it's available in the game to use, then by all means, use the shit out of it!! ... People who love salt will always find a way to be salty... Enjoy their hate mail, and keep your fingers crossed that they're in your next lobby lol.

I never gotten any hate mail im surprised i didn't none in competitive yesterday i had 350 glory points. I assumed the other team thought i suck until i put the paws on them an won.

Personally I can't stand going up against telesto and several of my friends feel the same. I see the majority of telesto users in comp play. Going against full teams using it or even 2/4 makes it frustrating but yes build strategy and overcome. To me seeing a full team using it in comp feels like trials in D1 with thorn before nerf. It's not broken, your not a bad player for using it, if they complain they'll get over it and lastly get gud lol.

As long as there are Crucible mismatches, Telesto will be there, allowing the person who would normally be squealing like a pig all match to get a few satisfying trade shutdowns.

If you trade a lot with it then yes lol. The weapon doesn't make the user gangster or trash. If you get kills and survive then you are better than your opponent. I like using fighting lion against it. can't stop what you cant pop and the corns get burst by the fighting lions shot ;)

Tell them to switch to it so they can prove their point. Normally, they get owned even worse when they do and just switch back to a shotgun lmao. They're logic is so inconsistent it's not even funny.

At this point in my career as a Guardian I say this: "If they want to spam Telesto than f*&k it I'm spamming Telesto too." Go into your matches playing the way you want to--but as as soon as you notice the opposing team spamming that thing...do it. S/N What really sucks is that a few months back I used Telesto when it wasn't as popular. Telesto was the Best-o!!... Now one of my favorite exotics is nauseating to go up against -_-. Such is Destiny.

Nope. Great gun. Great counter to shotguns. Try the erintil fr4 fusion or main ingredient. Fusions are awesome.

If I have a bounty for void kills it’s all I use. I try other weapons as well but telesto is just fun!

8 RepliesTrash, nah. Telesto can be played around, but it is kind of obnoxious. I would love to berate you for playing The Meta, but I tried playing some off meta weapons the other day and it was some of the worst pvp I've experienced in any game ever. Bungie has made a game where shotgun apes and Telesto spammers are doing remarkably well, and people have to play around that sour meta.
