So I just got the game to play with friends, so I bought the disc from the store which contains the base game expansion 1 and 2 as well as foresaken. I played foresaken without a problem for the first day. The next day I go on and it tells me to purchase the annual pass to play which it came with and after clicking purchase it Says query failed: Could not establish connection with the Xbox Game Store. New Silver purchases will update when you sign in.
I have already cleared my cache and reinstalled all the dlcs (which are on my account as I do not game share) if there is any way to fix this please share

11 RepliesIf the annual pass came with your purchase, you don't need to do anything and it is not required to play Forsaken content. The annual pass content has not been released and the first part doesn't come until December. If it is somehow preventing you from playing, [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]try restoring your license[/url].

1 ReplyYour profile is corrupted. It happens sometimes and currently because XBL services are experiencing issues, you may have to do this several times until the issue is resolved. Use the following link for instructions on how to both remove and add your profile. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one Please note; this process does not affect any of your save-files as they are all saved to the cloud. This process can take anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes depending on your internet speed and profile-content. This should fix your problem. Good luck.
