Lost exotic
Yes I did the quest for the legend of acrius and then completed the catalyst. Now it's missing from my inventory and I can not require it from collections. I put to much of my time into that quest for it to disappear. Please give me back my gun I own and earned. I've invested to much time and real life money to watch it be taken from me.

Thanks for the help guess it was a glitch or bug when I got the 2shot premature and lost it with the delete. Gonna grind it out.

1 ReplyListen you just said everything I've done I had the gun in my hand it's a power weapon/shot gun. eightybeans was with me when I earned the gun and had to kill 10 cabal etc. I deleted so I could re buy it back from a 380 to a 580. It's missing from account. My hunter the only character I could have completed the raid with. It's not in my collections...

7 RepliesEdited by Kell of Kellogs: 10/26/2018 6:38:01 PMThis means you haven’t finished the entire quest yet. You have just unlocked the quest version of the item. Once you finish the entire quest you will be able to retrieve the completed version of the gun.

Are you playing on the right account? According to your raid stats, you have attempted the Leviathan raid 3 times, completed it once, and all of them on normal difficulty. This tells me a few things: 1) You couldn't have completed the catalyst on the character you are posting with as you can only get it from the Prestige mode of the Leviathan raid. 2) You could have gotten the Acrius from your first completion of the raid, but as you've only done one raid since you completed it you would not have been able to get the 10 seals that are required to upgrade it fully. You have no deleted characters that the various tools can detect, so it's not an issue of doing the work on a now deleted character. That wouldn't prevent you from pulling it from your collections, however. That leaves two possibilities: 1) You are not on the account you did the work on 2) Bungie has somehow rolled back your account and you lost progress Of the two, the second doesn't seem plausible.
