I have previously created a ticket for silver removal on my account, for the amount of 2300 silver.
This indeed was applied, but it also appears this was applied a second time. This should not be the case, as I was already helped with this issue, and now I am currently in a negative balance.
Please restore my balance to 0 silver, as per its original amount. A ticket has been created, but I fear lack of accuracy, based on current evidence.
