I play on Xbox. I have 2. A normal xb1 and a 1x. Both have taken multiple attempts to even sign in. Lucky to be able to play an hour before getting a networking error. The boar error seems to be gone after the Xbox Live "fix".
The game is unplayable now. Literally and figuratively.
I absolutely know it's not my end for 2 reasons:
- I also have a PC account. It loads first attempt every time. Wired or wireless.
- I'm a cable technician. There's no cable issues. There's no modem/router issues. Everything else works just fine.
Something is wrong on either Bungie or Xbox's side. I've done modem resets. I've reset the router. Updated firmware/software/whatever updates on everything. Unplugged the 1X for ten minutes and tried again.
When I go to run a network test it says "DNS isn't resolving Xbox server names".
I'm incredibly frustrated because this is going on during a timed event. Wasting all this time troubleshooting and attempting to even get to the character select screen. And all the bungiehelp account keeps doing is posting links to the help articles for specific errors. I even saw one post linking an xbox player to battle.net resolution.
Get it together. Please.

I also keep getting weasel. I know it's on their side. I can play other games no problem but on destiny I keep getting weasel and all of the other people they help they keep sending them to the help page. They dont even want to take time to help. I have 11ms and 100mb and 0 pocket loss. Instead of have no downtime when they doing updates. They should turn off there servers for it.
