Unable to download destiny 2 season pass after buying in playstation store
Quick intro:
After finishing Destiny 2 (standard) story mode, i went to the playstation store to buy the DLC curse of osiris (€19,99). Learned that you first have to buy the expansion pass (also €19,99) so i also did that. After spending €39,98 (which is worth it if it would work) i try to download the Destiny 2 expansion pass and it just won't download. I have cleared my cache, checked my liscence even resetted my ps4 (lost every single piece of saved data. Have to install all of my games first to check.).
So the question is:
How can i finally be able to download/play the curse of osiris after buying the expansion pass from the playstation store ?

3 RepliesOk, first off, if you bought curse of Osiris and the expansion pass, you wasted your money, because Curse is included in the expansion pass. You should contact Sony as soon as possible, and see if they can refund anything for you. Second, there's nothing you actually need to download. Every player has to have the expansions downloaded, even if they don't own them, in order to have everyone playing the same version of the game. If you can play D2, you have the expansions downloaded. All buying the pass does is gives you a license for the extra content, which lets you access it. If you have completed the story, and talked to everyone you're supposed to, and are at the necessary level, you should be able to access the expansion, so what exactly happens in-game when you try it?

1 ReplyAfter buying the expansion pass, I had to select and 'purchase' the individual expansions I and II (for free) in the store. Not very intuitive but it worked. Hope this helps.

This is a better question to ask Playstation Support. They control downloads and purchases. They can help you better than Bungie. Bungie only handles issues with the programming of the game, not retailer stores.
