Merchandise Order not received nor customer service response

Alright, I’m officially getting pissed off. I’ve emailed bungie customer service about 6 times since the time i ordered my order. Which was back in AUG!!! It’s currently OCT. And I have YET to receive a response regarding my package yet alone receive it. #CustomerService #HELP
