Why Is It So Hard To Find Ppl To Do A Raid With???
I'm power lvl 357 and still haven't completed 1 raid but I can complete 3 storylines (By Myself). Can Bungie just queue us up with ppl or something?

12 RepliesEdited by PR4X1S: 10/7/2018 8:41:14 PMDestiny community in general are very toxic and demanding, you can see examples in the posts people make when looking for raid people etc. They'll say must have 3.0kd, or KWTD Or have umpteen clearances, will be checking, and be good or will get kicked. The majority seem to have zero patience or tolerance toward others, and probably now only raid with known friends, quite unlike the early times I remember in D1 playing VOG, for this game to really succeed the player base needs to change their way of thinking, and stop this elitist way of thinking.

83 RepliesLast Wish is a fail. Just like Spire the activity as a whole is way too mechanic driven. Many will complete it 1x and never play it again. Bungie Raid Dev has failed again.

I prefer to play games solo because I don't want to inconvenience other gamers if I have to stop what I'm doing and take a work call.

Only a small portion of the community actually do raids is why. Bungie puts a lot of effort into raids that the majority of the community doesn't touch. Never made sense to me, but that's the case.

The raids are tedious and mostly unfun so the people that actually do it want it over as quickly as possible. Just look at the typical requirements in lfg. Most don't want to teach others how to raid because it would take a little longer. OP teams and a way to cheese the boss lets the pain end sooner.

2 RepliesBecause you all don’t want to do a raid; you want to be carried through a raid. Otherwise, it’s a simple matter to put together your own group on LFG and start fresh.

Time consuming. No longer needed to get high gear. Only useful for the raid specific gear that drops in there specifically. Not as fun as anticipated... just really isn't necessary. Be nice to get more dungeons though like shattered throne and not have to wait until the city is cursed to do them. A separate queue in the strike list for these dungeons would be nice...

3 RepliesTo everyone saying matchmaking. Stop. Matchmaking in a raid will be terrible. Raiders now that and that's why there isn't one. I suggest either make a lfg post explaining lack of experience. Alot of players look for sherpa runs. Or join a clan

1 Replynothing special about the raid loot itself really its overly convoluted mess that takes way more planning and coordination than it should for the reward thats why everyone cheeses every boss they can as much as possible the mechanics are poorly thought out and more just an annoyance than they require skill to navigate through. if it was something i could do in an hour or so sure but that is only if playing by the intended mechanics not cheesing it. i cant be bothered to put that much effort into a game its pointless and its exactly that a game theres no prestige in completing it i dont get payed to do it i do it for fun the minute it turns into a job i move onto a new game that is fun because thats the reason we all truly play. anyone trying to talk like theres something theyve accomplished by beating whatever boss is fooling themselves the only one that accomplished something is the shareholders that invested something or the workers being payed by making some actual money off of it.

2 RepliesWhat raid? Do you know the encounters? If you mean Last Wish, maybe people want higher Light? Minimum to beat the raid is 557 to deal damage to Riven, but not advisable.

Don’t bother doing the raid just check out esoterikk on YouTube. He’s got a tutorial on how to get the chest from wall of wishes. You can get all raid gear from there. Just do it every Tuesday and you’ll be good.

I would say go to lfg but I think 99% of the raid posts there want you to have a clear first.
