WANTED: Gravetide Summoner did not complete
I just finished the WANTED: Gravetide Summoner adventure with a friend, they finished the bounty but mine did not. I don't seem to be able to repeat the adventure either, it won't show up if I relog or relocate and come back to Titan. Am I just screwed out of my Powerful Gear for this bounty this week?

It's a known issue. A possible work around is to try again with someone else who hasn't already tried it.
