I'm a member of a clan that has recently hit rank 5. We unlocked all four of our clan activity engrams for the week. I had collected one, with three more I hadn't yet collected. Today, my clan shows for me - and only me - to be rank 2 and, crucially, I cannot collect my engrams. Other members of my clan still receive rank 5 benefits and have access to those engrams. An issue that might be tangentially related is that my triumphs always show as 0. I feel as though there may be an issue with the accuracy of my account information.
