Titan One Eye Mask Power
Some titan was using the one eyed mask exotic today in the crucible. Ran around the whole game with an over shield mowing down all who opposed him. I ran when I was him, nothing more scary in the world.
So... with that said... hunters need to be nerfed. Come on bungie

Warlocks only health healing exotic is karnsteim armlets, and it requires you to get the final blow with melee to heal you, and its not even full health/shield, when the one eyed you can kill with anything at any distance and you will get full health/shield AND overshield, seeing something balanced about that? I dont
