Chaperone Quest hasn't dropped
I've completed Forsaken story and multiple weekly quests and milestones in all events including Crucible, IB, PVE, Gambit etc. Quest has never dropped to start by visiting Amanda Holiday.
Is this a bug or RNG? I have read varying forums and no official word or understanding from the community.

2 RepliesThe quest item “Holliday Family History” can drop from any activity, e.g. patrol, Gambit, Crucible, but is down to RNG. Once you have that, then you need to visit Amanda to kick it off.
