Do forsaken exotics exist?
I mean clearly I know they do, just 1 exotic this whole month thats forsaken.... That's all I've gotten. I play at least 20 hrs a week plus this is ridiculous

I got the black talon sword and some aeon Swift arms for my hunter and that has been it, I play almost everyday and the days I don’t play are when I’m tired of grinding and getting nothing in return from this game

There’s so few of them bungie has to make it seem like there is more by making them rare.

Na man they be mythical. But honestly yea I feel that, I've been lucky enough to receive quite a few of them but my friends who play just as much as i do haven't gotten a single one that wasnt out of a quest. The results of a poor RNG system. They need bounds, you cant just go full RNG, if you do shit like this happens because the reality is even though odds even out over time, they usually run in streaks. For example if you have a D5 and you need to roll a 5 to get an exotic, you should receive one about every 5 rolls because you have a 20% chance of rolling that 5. And in the macro that's perfectly true, but in the micro you can roll that die 15 times and never roll a 5. Or you could roll it 15 times and roll a 5 on 9 of those tries. A good RNG system will mitigate those streaks in some way. You wont be able to get on a crazy lucky streak but you also won't be left out in the -blam!-ing cold when your luck isn't going your way. Bungie's RNG sysyem has never mitigated those kinds of streaks. It's why some people get 10 exotics and others get 0.

if you just running through missions strikes and other activities and just going for completion you're probably not going to be getting a lot of Exotics you actually have to kill enemies in Destiny now

Truly screwed up. I got black talon from a p.e. launch week. I got titan arms from the fanatic story the following week, and got the bow a couple days ago in a strike.

My wife got this exotic sword and the 3rd laser beam weapon like cold heart. I'm only about to get the Ace so far... and everything else had been Y1 repeats.
