I see all the post talking about not being able to redeem the Bungie Reward or whatever, but I seem to have a separate issue that I don't see too many people talking about. It doesn't matter how the Soundtrack is added to my cart, whether manually by me or automatically from clicking a link in the email I was sent. No matter what I do I get the message in the title. "Cart Doesn't Meet Requirement for Discount Code." I was told to post here instead of sending in a ticket to the Bungie Store Customer Service. If that's what I should do I will do that though. I've had this issue since before 9.30 so I know it isn't that. Don't really know why I would be getting this error.
