The last 4 days, I have been unable to get past the character selection. After selecting my character, I receive an error message saying "You have lost connection to the Destiny 2 servers. Your permissions to access online multiplayer gameplay may have changed or your profile may have signed in elsewhere."
I have been playing Xbox for the last year using an Aircard 770S mobile hotspot (crazy, I know, but I have reasons) with AT&T service. Other than a strict NAT type that hasn't been a problem, I've had no other issues. Currently, Xbox Live and all other games I've tried have no connection issues at all, just Destiny 2. I've factory reset the AirCard, completely uninstalled Destiny 2 and all expansions, and cleared the cache on the Xbox, but I'm still experienced the same issue.
Also, I can log into D2 using my home's internet, connecting either wired or wireless, and do not have any log in issues. However on that connection (also AT&T), I frequently receive the Weasel error code and get disconnected. This seems to happen when I'm in a instance with multiple other people (Gambit, Crucible, Raid, even open world with 4+ others around).
Any help resolving either of these issue would be much appreciated. I can provide any other details if needed. Thanks.

7 RepliesIt's happening to me on one character only, my main one, and I can't use any companion apps.

I called my ISP and they say it's an issue with CenturyLink/Level3. They said they put in a ticket but dont have a timeline of when it'll be fixed.

Hello, and thank you for your report. Are you still experiencing this issue?

I have been having the same issue for the last 3-4 days. Every once in a while I am able to connect, but once I log out and turn off my Xbox I start to get the login error again.

I have been dealing with the same issue for 3 days now. Talked to Microsoft the Saud it's a bungie issue
