Hi all. When playing D2, the game sometimes crashes at random times. My screen turns black, but audio keeps playing (it also stutters a bit). When this happens, I can't even kill the task by using Ctrl+Alt+Del to go to process manager. I have to hard shut down my PC every time. It happens more frequently if I have been switching back and forth Google Chrome using Alt-Tab. So i figured it was the alt-tab related D2 crash. The only things I have read about fixing the issue were 1. that it was a known issue that has already been fixed and 2. That I should play the game in borderless window mode instead of fullscreen. I've started playing windowed, and crashing frequency reduced, but I still crash from time to time. I have also set my graphics to the minimum in order to increase performance. My specs - Processor: Intel(R) - Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40 GHz 3.90 GHz RAM: 16.0 GB System type: 64-bit GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti Update: Just now, I've had it happen 4 times in a row after trying to go to the same spot in the Dreaming City, and no other program was open other than Discord. What can I do to resolve my issue?
