I just reseted my valor rank five times and they didn't give me broadsword is this some kind of glitch could someone please fix this

Do you have the “true valor “ emblem? If so, try equipping it and post what your lifetime valor rank resets are, and your season three valor rank resets are. I’m guessing you’ll see that you haven’t actually reset your rank five times in season four.
