I know I can always get an exotic from my collections if I've unlocked it on any of my characters. But I BELIEVE that if I haven't done a quest for a particular exotic weapon or otherwise unlocked it on a specific character (I.E, the Drang, Sleeper Sim, Whisper etc.) the item won't drop in exotic engrams for that character. is this Correct.
