I’ve played every day since forsaken launch. I’ve put in 200 hours maybe a bit more between all three characters. Tonight I added up all my exotic drops since forsaken launch. This week has been better with drop rate however all have been duplicates. Here is an idea of how things look. I’ve received 18 exotics since forsaken launch (not including quests or eververse). Of those 18 I only received 1 new exotic Lord of Wolves. I even got a tractor cannon from crucible at 379 when I was at 536. Yes you read that right 150 below my power level! The issue is some have drop rates which are reasonable while some who have put in just as much time as myself have not gotten more than a handful. If the rewards and loot for playing the game aren’t there the players will not be there either. I don’t mind a grind but I do mind pulling the handle on a slot machine every time I log in to get a reward. Here is an idea make Xur useful give him an exotic bounty. 1 per account per week. Make it a grind but guarantee a new exotic out of it. People can’t complain because they lose the grind and hand out exotics but you can still obtain new exotics instead of 17 old exotics.
