Last Wish raid completion jacket code

I completed the last wish raid shortly after 2 am on Tuesday 9/18 which would be around 10 or so hours before the reset, claimed my triumph in game but did not get my offer code for the last wish raid jacket as advertised. If I could get any assistance from Bungie as to how to move forward with this it would be much appreciated. I have already tweeted out to community managers and sent in a email to the Bungie store but no assistance yet. I, just like many others, went through the struggle for this achievement and would like to claim what I earned. I can provide as much information as possible. I have also attached the raid report. Thank you.

Not trying to rain on your parade but if it had been cleared day one Raid Report would say you cleared it on day one. It says you cleared it on week one and that your run took 27 hours. Still though, congrats on clearing it this early.
