I have gotten like 2 exotic drops since forsaken, and both were Y1 items I already had. Most of my other drops are too low to get masterwork cores from as well.. so you end up having to grind and do everything to buy them from Spider.. This game is becoming just a terrible hole of time wasted.

2 RepliesRoger that, I have received 0, new exotics. I played alot the first week, but now have lost interest again, and seeing the new raid at 580 light, I'm still at 515 ish, gonna take 4 months to be raid ready.

I do feel like year one exotics should be dropping at a more normal rate and forsaken ones at the new rate It is sort of silly atm

I don’t mind the drop rate.... as long as i always get something i don’t already have, this is the way it always should have been, an exotic finally drops for you, and by default it is something you don’t have.

Agree, Bungo has taken it way too far with both drop rates and the grind. Now one has to love in Destiny to see reasonable progression.

Edited by Caution: 9/20/2018 9:19:16 PMI like that they are rare. I also like that there are exotics tied to doing certain things. I like that exotics are actually feeling powerful. These are things I like, hopefully bungie doesn't start giving them out like candy, like in d2y1.

Oddly enough I’ve gotten three. Two of them in Gambit. BOTH were snipers (Borealis and DARCI). My third was in a heroic daily mission and lunifacation boots. Good luck. Hope you get a good exotic.
