Who is still waiting to get ANY exotic drop?
I legit haven’t seen anyone receive an exotic (let alone a new one) yet.
Edit: Today I FINALLY got my first one. Aeon Swift but still, exotic.

Yep still waiting, haven't had one drop since the expansion. However, I did get 30 "Edge Transit" legendary drops to finish the "Edge Transit" quest line to receive the "Edge Transit" Now I just need to dismantle my 3 masterwork "Edge Transit" grenade launchers so I can upgrade my God Role "Edge Transit" to a masterwork BLAM!ing "Edge Transit"

Got the new sword. Now let me also say I took vacation time off work and put in maybe 80 hrs or more before that happen. Since then I haven't got anything else.

1 ReplyThey did this to drag the Forsaken DLC out. Just look at how they removed the 3oC.....just out of the blue. Then nerfed the drop rates for exotics just to prolong our boredom..... On a side note, I'm willing to bet they also put Trials on hiatus just so Competitive mode would get more people in it. Don't get me wrong, I love what they did with Forsaken for the most part. But some of this shit is just funny to me. As funny as the re-skinned prison of elders weapons and armor we all wear now and paid no LESS than $40 for it......AGAIN.......

I've gotten 3 so far. Nothing new tho. Prospector from public event. Peacekeepers from a strike and wardcliff coil from ranking up failsafe. Nothing exciting at all....

1 ReplyThey need to just return Xur to pre Forsaken. Sell year 2 fated engrams and glass needles. People that want grind don't have to buy from him. Others can go back to having fun with exotic gear. Never understood the whole I have this gun from pure luck and don't want anyone else to have it mentality.

The year one exotics drop way too often when compared to year 2. It's getting old now. Oh great, another fighting lion. How terribly exciting!

I completed the Ace of Spades quest last week and got my hand cannon to drop at 511. Last night I had an exotic drop during random gameplay... it was ANOTHER Ace of Spades - higher LL (523) but still, the SAME gun AND a quest line gun?? I did get a random drop in the middle a Gambit match last week - the Two Tailed Fox. Exotics are dropping but it seems like they're coming in during random situations.

I can confirm that exotics can still drop from the planetary vendors when cashing in old tokens. Got a Crest of Alpha Lupi as my first post Forsaken Titan exotic today. -

I’ve gotten one new exotic. It was Black Talon (projectile sword) from hitting heroic rank in Gambit. Last place I’d look for an exotic.

2 Replies3 characters, 2 of them 530, other 519, 150+ hours into this dlc so far, watched everyone around me Including friends and blueberries -who are too braindead to google how to do heroic public events so instead they fail it for me and still get an exotic- get exotics but I still have yet to see a single one
