Help Can't Access Vanguard at all
I completed all of the content up to Forsken and currently have about 500 light level, but I can't seem to access Vanguard at all. The Crucible and Gambit buttons are there in the directory but [b]the Vanguard button is still empty. [/b]. I have no current milestones besides Crucible and Forsaken and I hit level 50 a while ago.
Apparently there was supposed to be a quest with Zavala that would give it to me, but I never did this, the Ikora [b]challenges[/b] quest or the Cayde [b]patrol[/b] quest.
Is there anything I can do, or did I softlock my character?

@BungieHelp any ETA for this to be fixed? People like me that are locked away from one of the most important parts of the game are really looking forward for a fix.

1 ReplyI have exactly the same issue. I am on PC. Warlock level 50, PL 515, finished Forsaken. More info here: if you team up with a player in a fireteam that do not have this problem, if he starts a Vanguard Strike activity from his/her playlist and you finish it, you WILL be rewarded with the Daily Challenge for completing one Strike. So we can not access the Vaguard playlist (including nightfall), but we can complete the challenge related to it. @BungieHelp please we need you look into this issue and help us solving it. We are unable to access one of the most important parts of the game.

New patch, nothing has changed.

Strikes are still not unlocking for me, I'm not going to scrap this character because of oversight that was showing up in forums from 2017. No one has a fix for this and it's about time.

2 RepliesIf you are not level 50, get there. It likely is the same issue as patrols nkt being available. Bungie has been saying get to make level for what context to you have (Forsaken is 50) and then level up once more. If that doesn't fit it, report back.

I'm having this same issue. My vanguard playlist isn't showing - looks exactly the same as yours.
