Gifted forsaken code not working, wtf bungie
My buddy gifted me forsaken. And every time i try to redeem the code it just closes the redeem screen after trying to load for a few seconds. One Bungie moderator tried to tell me its because i dont own the base game. That's b.s because i have a disk copy of the game. I own all previous DLC. I've called xbox support and they said it's on the developers side. Ive tried entering the code every possible way..
5 years with destiny and you're still ******* it up. Good job. Jk.

I am having the same problem got very frustrated with Xbox on the phone 2 and a half hours on hold then 30 minutes talking got nothing... Then went online and opened a chat box with Microsoft support 45 minutes and then found out the code was good just to get told it was bungie's folt and that I would have to wait.... No one would go into a coffee shop and pay for a coffee then to be told the machine was not working and that they should try tomorrow to get there coffee....... So what was paid for they are not getting and to pop back to the shop in a weeks time to get a refund..... One unhappy person

I talked to a tech support last night and they said they're aware and have engineering teams on it but it's a backend issue and we have to wait for a fix to come from them.

24 RepliesBungie does not support codes. If you are having issues entering a code on Microsoft's redemption page, that would be on microsoft.
