Just a quick bug I wanted to log. Exotics that are dropping as random rewards from vendor packages are NOT powerful. I was under the impression that exotics would always be a level or 2 above your level even from vendors. However I got a 501 exotic from the Gunsmith when my max power level was 508. It appears the logic for making sure exotics are powerful does not apply to the random ones dropped by vendors (at least Banshee). Thanks.
