Are you trying to receive the standalone version of Forsaken? What does the error message say, if any, when trying to redeem the code?

PSA: If you want forsaken before tuesday get on microoft chat, they will cancel the code add the money to your account then buy it directly for you

5 RepliesThis is absolutely appalling! It is 6 days past launch and there is still no fix for this!? There are so many players that are having this issue and no one can come up with a way to correct it? I really don't care who's end the problem is on whether it be MS, Bungie, or Activision someone need to come up with some kind of solution. Loyal players that have paid for and just want to play your game have to sit on the side lines and watch other players get all the new gear and weapons and hit max light level before we even get to touch it.

I suggest connecting with an agent, and demanding they do the same thing, since it is definitely possible. The agent i spoke with was Kurt B

Ok I have been playing Forsaken this week and now I can't get in to Forsaken, Just asks me if I want to purchase Forsaken. I have already finished half the story got gear and weapons but the game acts like we don't have it? Help please Bungie.

Good (well... Not so good) to know that i'm not alone in this problem. A friend gifted me Forsaken the other day (on Xbox) and it just won't redeem. It loads, and loads again... Then just closes out the redeem code page and sends me to the store deals page. My friend went to Xbox support, which told him to go to Bungie support; only to send him back to Xbox support with no answers! He spent fourty dollars so I could go through the expansion with him, and so far it's just money down the drain. I really hope this gets resolved sooner instead of later, this is rediculous. I want to go through the story and avenge my favorite Vanguard - not have my friend and I get jipped by one of our favorite games.

1 ReplySame issue here man and it all happened when xbox services went haywire Wednesday evening. Its bullsh*t that they cant slide us another code or anything even after being dedicated to destiny since day one. Countless dollars invested in this company and no one can just own a mistake made by them as of it would be a surprise that bungie of all companies would have a networking issue...bit that's none of my bussiness

They want y’all to buy the bundle. I bought the legendary edition with cayde 6 Statue and now I can’t redeem my annual pass. It gave me credits to buy but I can’t buy in game or in the store. GameStop can’t help either. Stupid

1 ReplyYup, same exact issue. Tried on console, website, phone, xbox windows 10 app, everywhere. Talked to 4 people on xbox support and they all just said "keep waiting". At least yesterday they saidd to look out for an email because they escalated it to higher support.
