Strum catalyst not working

Trying to do strum catalyst but none of the kills are registering. It’s stuck on 23% for strum and 14% for Drang kills. Tried different planets and must have killed over 100 and they don’t register

ENEMY 4 HIRE

Same for me stuck at 65% & 43%. I also tried multiple planets, raid and PvP. Wonder if catalyst progressions are off this week. They did say some things would not work or be available the week prior to forsaken.
