It would be nice if these boot actually made your comments faster. Not your walking while crouched moments but you running. Also, there is far too many exotic armor peaches that are focused on reloading your weapon. I love these boots they look amazing. However, all they do is sit in my vault. They need a rework. Give them perks that benefit you as a solo player nothing team focused or rift focused. Too many exotic armor pieces do the same thing in this Game make them stand out. The warlock has some of the most boating exotics in D2 and that'd a shame because warlocks Rule

they're getting buffed/tuned Check the latest TWaB for details

8 RepliesThey work perfectly fine and serve their purpose. They're Warlock Stompees minus extra jump height but they get the reload when sprinting and its come in handy quite often. A lot of skilled players I know both in PvE and PvP use them consistently so in my eyes a rework is extremely unnecessary.

They used to be amazing. Whatever ammo you ran over automatically reloaded that weapon. You could slide in with an empty heavy machine gun ready, pick up that purple box and unload on your enemy. But that was a different game. A fun game. A better game. A game called Destiny. Then they found a bunch of designers who know even less about making video games and set them to work systematically destroying the franchise. And here we are.

They would be cool if they made it possible to reload while sprinting and maybe emitted a shock aura as you ran. Imagine just running circles and zapping the piss out of anything that tried to get in your way.

D1 version was better, I used em a lot when they were introduced and i miss them

1 ReplyThey do increase sprint speed, and in forsaken they will get a huge buff as they'll be auto loading shotguns and snipers instead of primaries.

I said this and made a post about a lot of the warlock exotics. I got slated as if I had r*ped someone’s mother. Trans steps need to auto reload upon picking up bricks or after a second sprinting. They should speed up or make the warlock jump better also. The warlock exotics are some of the weaker ones currently. (In my opinion) not including the aspects and lunifaction boots.

2 RepliesSo many great words in that post.... anyways They could probably benefit from an INITIAL burst of OUTWARD speed when using your jump (not upward). I’m not exactly saying they need to be as insane as the dawnblade super movement, but would be cool if they could allow you to compete with a titan’s speed. I don’t think this would make them OP at all. I think it would still be a niche exotic, but they would get some use from speedrunners. Warlocks are super immobilized, so anything helping them get around a map is a plus.
