Well thats outrageous. Why should the top tier gear designed to show off a players achievements across the game rely on people playing different facets of the game?!?!?!?!?!?!?exclamationmark
I'm surprised there isnt a flawless card requirement. I suck at Trials btw so I'm saying that in the knowledge I'd only get it after a gigantic carry.

It isn't top tier shit dude, it's an armor ornament. That mindset doesn't cover every item they stupidly toss into the raid. ie Sleeper and [i]Telesto[/i] catalyst. Tf does Telesto or sleeper have to do with the raid at all??? And again, an armor ornament for non-raid armor (and ONE part of 5 is the ONLY part in the raid, which makes even less sense because [i]why[/i]) shouldn't require prestige raid completion.

Therefore that makes the completed set top tier gear. And as an armour set meant to do that, leaving raids out of the equation entirely is asinine.

And the only truly tiered armor sets in this game come from the raid already. All other armor has NO tier. Armor doesn't do shit besides look a certain way basically. So we'll know we are looking at a badass prestige raider when we see that masterworked chest piece, I guess. As if the emblems, armor, and weapons weren't enough.

You're salty as -blam!- lol As far as I'm concerned there [i]should[/i] be a Trials ornament. And I say that as one who is horribad at Trials and would only get it via big time carry. Fact is I accept that there are some things I may or may not be good enough to do in a videogame, but at the end of the day, [b]its a game[/b] and you dont get anything by throwing a tantrum because you arent good enough.

You're trying to hard using the word asinine, first off. Put down your Webster's dictionary and let that special snowflake mentality melt. Check the numbers. How many people playing this game have even done the NORMAL raid? Making prestige mode the requirement was fcking asinine lmao. Makes no sense. Bungie is constantly saying they wanna boost their raid numbers up, they are aware that participation is at an all time low. So knowing that the vast majority of people playing this game don't raid at all, what sense did it make to have a limited time event feature the PRESTIGE raid as a requirement to [i]masterwork[/i] a single piece of armor? If you wanna keep talking about what we did in Y1, remember that most of us DIDNT raid. So if you wanna talk about shit we did, talk about shit we actually ALL did. And I'm positive there are no Trials of the Nine ornament requirements. Where did your logic go for that one?

None of the 400 power level Solstice of Heroes armor or ornaments are locked behind the raid. You only need to complete the prestige raid to masterwork the chest armor. Im sure solo players can live without 5% damage resistance during a super.

Exactly and that armour will either be thrown in the vault or discarded when forsaken drops xD I don't get the complaints about 1 masterworked piece of armour
