It also helps when guardians equip the proper weapons for "singe". REGARDLESS of whatever milestones they are trying to complete .
To have everything on void for a solar strike....ffs... come on! If people want others to do the strikes as "intended", then this is fair.
The ones who sit and kill everything also manage to die over and over, just like the runners. Especially on Mercury.

The elemental damage singe does -blam!- all anyway, you can run whatever weapons you want and still complete the strike easily.
