Destiny 2 PVP Hit Detection
Can someone please tell me why when I shoot people in the crucible it takes at least 2 seconds before I'm able to damage them? I know its not me. Because, when I shoot them I see them flinch and sometimes when I do enough damage they die after I'm already dead. I keep getting trades and melee is the only thing that seems to work sometimes. Even when I'm using my super, I throw my hammers right on them it hits and they still don't die.
Is there a fix to my problem and am I the only one dealing with this?

This happens to me all the time, I especially notice it when I am shooting someone who is running away from me. I have a good internet connection so lag on my end is not to blame, so I feel you.
