Is cheating just blatantly acceptable or are there serious performance issues/glitches in pvp. Multiple times over the last couple of weeks I have done repeated fists of havoc on another players head for 0 damage. Shot them in the face repeatedly for 0 damage. Punched them repeatedly for 0 damage... Additionally, cross map sniped while running between cover by a hand cannon?! The last could be skill I suppose, but the former, I don’t see how that would be possible if the game is working as intended. If it’s glitches, fine everyone has to deal with it. If it’s cheating, Bungie! Ban!!! Competitive is enough of a pain for a solo que ave player, this is just salt in the wound...
