It was meant for killing bosses so naturally a PvE based weapon would underpreform in PvP.

I don't need to change your mind because that is your opinion. I personally think it holds its own against most other weapons (as long as they aren't VW or GL), especially factoring in its exotic and masterwork perks but personally do not enjoy it as well.
