Orphius Rig and a good, autofire shotgun work really well. I lucked into the Ikelos shotgun after just a few EP clears and it's pretty much an automatic single mag boss kill but any autofire shotgun with high impact should work. I've found that bosses who have a lot of adds nearby work best. Clear the periphery adds first, especially single shot sniper adds, invisibility dodge to within close range, drop a tether, empty the mag on the boss. By then Orphius should have recharged your super, drop another tether to freeze the adds who spawn after the boss is killed. Invisibility dodge to the chest, grab the tokens, sprint for the door. Rinse and repeat. I haven't been able to clear lost sectors nearly as fast with either my Warlock or Titan. Still nothing like the easy Titan map ogre token farm but so far, the quickest way I've found yet.
