Powerful engram saying luminous and not dropping upgrades
My nightfall engram is saying it is now luminous and giving me a drop value 5 levels under my base light level (before mods) my cayde-6 engram dropped normally just a few hours ago. Going to run the heroic strikes and see if it says the same. Anyone else having this issue?
