They need 24/7 nuke town

Watch the nerfherfers come out in full force. I'm not saying that I personally hate the idea. But I know that as soon as people start dying then they'll be coming on the forums crying. I hate nerfs.

2 RepliesI’m in for this. Anything new at this point. 👍
-
2 RepliesThen what would be the point of legendaries?
-
I have been hoping they would do something like this since Destiny 1. I hope they can just have a seperate pvp and pve mode that allows this.
-
5 RepliesEdited by -blam!-: 6/4/2018 1:32:25 AMYes, I have been wanting this forever! But everyone would hate Hunters even more after it though soooooo yea.... Crimson Graviton Lance Colony Wormhusk Crown Shinobu’s Vow Raiden Flux FR0ST-EE5 Let the salt flow.

4 RepliesEdited by DTAKthatGuy: 6/4/2018 11:21:18 AMIt wouldn’t be very god like, since most exotics aren’t all that exotic.
-
Why would anybody say no? If it's a separate new mode or playlist then it would have no effect on how you play the game as is, People with good ideas to make the game fun always get shot down on here by people afraid of having something fun to do. It won't effect how you play the game, You don't have to play the mode if you don't want to? And like somebody else has said, You can only shoot one weapon at a time anyway so why not allow you to have 3 exotic weapons. I've barely used 90% of the exotic armour because of the 10% that are actually good, So would be a fun way of using the ones that just sit in my vault.
-
It's been requested since early D1 days. I'd definitely like to see it happen but I imagine it's impossible to do simply because you'd have too many unique perks firing off concurrently. I don't think the game engine can keep up with that amount of stat processing, and if it could it'd still be hell trying to display messages for all the active perks on a player's HUD.
-
As someone who primarily plays a hunter, I support this message.
-
I have been saying they should do this since D1.... PLEASE YES
-
I would settle for mayhem clash being a regular part of the rotation.
-
It would be mad fun, but somehow, it'd be game breaking. Don't ask me how, I want the ability to run around with multiple exotics. But for some strange reason, it's heavily taboo for The game engine.
-
Lol. That would be hell of fun...
-
1 ReplyI've been wanting this since D1 as well. Imagine Thorn/Icebreaker/Gjally, TLW/Plan C/Thunderlord, etc. Could have been great fun, like Mayhem, but it'll never happen.
-
I’d probably never play this gamemode. It’d be too broken to play.
-
I wish that’s what PvP was for everything but sadly everyone thinks “if it’s not balanced it’s so broken WWWAAAAAHHHHH NERF NERF NERF WAAAAAAHHHH” It’s like ppl forget about MW2. Everything was broken but that’s what made it fun.
-
Daybreak strikes: Mayhem style recharge speeds. 10 Resistance, Recovery and Mobility Exotics are no longer limited to one armour piece/weapon, and multiple can be equipped at the same time. Ohhhh the power...
-
I bet this would crash the game so hard you couldn't log back in for a month lol

I made a large post about this in another section of the forums. I totally agree. While I don't think that we'll necessarily feel like gods wearing more than one exotic, I do feel it will add to customization which is sorely lacking in our current skill tree setup. There are a lot of exotics that get overlooked by the few more beneficial. The thing is those lesser exotics usually are subclass specific (like one that caters to void) that on their own don't benefit enough to choose it over another. But put together could make for a better build. These exotics aren't really potent enough to be overpowered so I don't see a problem with it. What I do see is better customization of skills and loadouts. Also there are some exotics that just look like they would be aesthetically pleasing together.
-
This would be badass and would serve as a great entry to making this game fun again. I've actually suggested this way back in the past as well.
-
1 Replyhowever this may be fun it will likely cause many issues. such as the exotics being able to be equiped when entering other modes due to bugs that will likely happen etc.
-
It's interesting that most of the naysayers are coming from the PvP perspective. As can be evidenced by the VW and GL combo that's being widely cited. How about thinking about PvE modes which would be fun with all exotics? PvP balance is why the fun has been sucked out of this game.
-
Nah man Destiny all about crippling the entire game for a (failed) attempt at pvp balance And because they have neither the skill nor inclination to separate the two vastly different modes (not even just the nerfs!) that means...
NO FUN FOR YOU!!!
-
I find it weird because looking at other games with similar loot progression, Division being an example, you CAN equip all exotics. In the case of Division though Classified Sets are arguably better - but the fact remains I can have 6 exotic armor pieces and 3 exotic weapons equipped at all times. And in Division exotic tends to actually mean exotic... so yeah.
-
I don't see why there is a restriction on weapons to be honest. So you have three powerful exotic weapons equipped, you can only fire one at a time so what difference does it make? Armour I can understand though as stacking effects could be nuts.
