Competitive matchmaking settings still not good for solo players

When I solo, I can tell (often) the players on the stack team are not as good as I am, but the advantage of communication is still too good. Either relax the settings even more, or implement a solo playlist.

Competitive is meant for the best teams, not setup to be for casual solo players
