Is there an easy way to get Bright Engrams?
So we all know that you can receive bright Engrams from 21-infinity
But you get 3 free Engrams from EV when you reach level 20 with a character and you gain an easy Engram from 20 to 30.
So is it possible that even if you've gotten your "easy" Engrams on all warlock, Titan, and hunter that you can delete a character make a new one and get the easy Engrams when you reach level 20 again?
