How To Play Control
(Edit based on clarification of main principle)
1) Capture Any Point.
2) Establish control of area between one Point and a second Point based on best map path.
3) That's it.
This applies to every game with this mode.

Wrong. Always triple cap, and b flag has AIDS infected needles everywhere so you need to evacuate immediately after capping. Atleast those are my observations after 3 days of IB.

2 RepliesAgreed. And please don’t grab power, run through a red with your rocket, leaving one guy (me) to capture a point as 4 enemies swarmed in. You could’ve got 4 with that rocket. But instead, when I saw the heat coming in, I just started dancing to my death. Sometimes I’ll sit, but I’m maining my Titan for now and I don’t really like the Titan sit. It’s a stupid drop to a knee to listen but I’m ready to fight type of sit. The hunter and warlock sit, now those are good I’m f’d sits. In conclusion, please join in and help a pal take the zones. Ty

5 RepliesI'm some maps like vostok I don't even understand why people go for B. Cap A and C. Has a short distance between and good scout rifle lanes. But no everyone wants to run to B like that is the pivotal point.

2 Repliesevery map is different but finding the two points that are closest to get to from each other, then control them, that's how you play control. Like on Distant shores "C" is the one you need to hold then it's easier to keep hold of or take back B. A is too far away, you take A only so they don't triple cap you then make a run for C cause B is usually death. Get it, get er done

1 ReplyI try every match, I do. BUT. If the team doesn't appear to be interested in the objective, I'll cap a point and then just go for kills. Play it safe, play long range, follow a blueberry or two and teamshot. If you can't bag a win you can at least help the blue man group bag a few kills on the way to their loss.

sometimes i see an open point and i just cant help myself, i gota cap it. why, because if you're not first you're last......shake and bake.
