Xbox One Can't verify content, says DLC Missing or damaged

Warmind content worked for the first two days and then I started getting the following issues in the following sequence on my Xbox One X: 1. Loading screen took about 10-15 minutes hanging on 'Verifying Content' 2. Opened a Destiny update screen but didn't load anything 3. Opened an Xbox store pop up screen that says "looks like you already have the DLC" 4. Opened a Destiny error screen that says "the DLC is missing or damaged" then crashes to the home screen. When I went to 'manage game' everything was installed and updated. Power cycled the Xbox, reloaded Destiny and caught the same sequence. I've completely reinstalled Destiny 2 twice now. It works for about a day and then the same thing happens. Reading through Help topics it sounds like several Xbox users are having very similar problems with Warmind. I'm playing of a disc.
