The prismatic matrix - no one cares ?
All bungie did was nerf the bright engrams. They probably have even less of a chance to drop the good items now, especially the ones in the matrix. This is beyond horse crap.
How do you guys not see this ? 200 silver for emotes and ornaments, after one free spin a week? That is insane ! All of the rewards offered should be rewarded in game for activities!!
Seriously, imagine paying 200 silver for a ghost! That’s $2. That is beyond ignorant. Not to mention, it’s a gamble. Random, knock out list or not, if you don’t get what you wanted, pay again.
Notice you can’t use silver dust either, it has to be silver. Also, the one facet per week?? Let us earn facets, for doing raids, trials, and other activities!!
If you insist on this crap bungie, put the facets in the bright engrams ! That way the bright engrams are still desirable, because right now, they’re garbage. Wow I miss d1...I didn’t care about cosmetics because I had random perk rolls to grind for the perfect gun and armor sets. Cosmetic items was just icing on my cake .
Meh, I’m so irritated by everything this game is doing. Not to mention The slap in the face bungie gave me with cOO. That is the worst expansion ever, and I literally do not like the strikes, or the gear, or the lousy guns. I do not play the infinite forest because it is BORING- mercury is so boring , and the public event was fun for one day..
Why mention COO? BecAuse it isn’t required for this dlc, so it was a waste of money. I only bought it because I wanted to advance my level. Now? Everyone gets it, just buy warmind. Ok, fine, give me my $20 back !! Also, if this is your plan going forward, it’s going to make sure we never have continuity in the expansions. I can’t stand you bungie, you’re so pathetic. Edit: I find it hilarious that the teenagers are out in full force defending this nonsense. The same kids who are to blame for the state of this game. If you support my argument, you obviously understand how economics works, and why this is just wrong.
If you want a laugh, look at “healingsouls” or whatever his name is, and how much he got spanked back to his mother by me. Also, I think it’s funny the same people defending micro gambling, are the ones saying “ reported “ - this is what is wrong with the world now.
Corporations have these teens brainwashed into defending them, for free, and then when they get confronted, they “ im going to tell on you !! “. Grow a spine you cowards. Go back to your safe space because you can’t survive in an adult world.

[/quote] Not only did I get more engrams from playing yesterday than any other day before, here's what I got: 2 of the new exotic emotes The exotic ship that's in the Prismatic Matrix An exotic sparrow An exotic ghost An extra prismatic facet just from playing Titan leg armor A handful of other ghosts, sparrows, and new shaders The result was that in 1 day I have 5 or 6 of the "facets" in the matrix already knocked out just from playing the game. I've only played through the campaign on my Titan so far, I haven't used any prismatic facets, and I gained about 1300 bright dust. As exemplified above, I got all of those things without spending money and what I got is shared between the Matrix and Prototype Engrams. They're not separate. The Matrix is just better odds at getting something you want and for every engram you get, your odds improve to either get what you want [u]for playing[/u] or getting what you want from the matrix with your [u]free[/u] weekly facet.

Yet people think it is ok for a company to take loot out of a looter shooter game, and lock it behind Eververse. I can't see how these kids are so blind to these grotesque microtransaction practices. I guess once they become adults, they will see.

And I was right !! Hahaha.. 50 new items behind eververse - good thing the armor is reskinned from titans armor and is absolute garbage . Also, the matrix is trash, and notice none of the items she sells Direct for dust are in the matrix. Just like I said !

Well my first free spin gave me the exotic ship sooooooo I'm satisfied. Speak with your wallets rather than making pointless demands on the forums. Eververse is a highly profitable system you really think bungie, a company selling a product for profit will get rid of it. You could learn a thing or two about buisness

9 RepliesThe Prismatic Core is nothing but a tiny step made to make it easier on consumers. You can argue that it is not enough, but not that it worsens the problem. It is simply an alternative way to obtain eververse items that gives you as a player a bit more control over the outcome. This might not be the most elegant solution and it might be too little, but it is still a step in the right direction.

I mean, I really don't care about this too much. I'll take my one whatever the hell it's called a week and I'm sure I'll have everything by the end of season 3. I don't spend real money for a chance at something I want. Simple as that. I am glad they're expanding the inventory of Eververse though. I've got a crap load of bright dust to spend on shaders and armor.
