Will you Play DLC 2? Seeing how bad CoO was and they will cost the same while being the same size. Sure this won't show the millions who don't use the forums that will or won't play but give a small sample.
For those that say:
Whats the purpose of this post?
It's to show Bungie how dissatisfied people who already bought the product can't even make time to play the game.
"What kind of 《redacted》 buys something and doesn't play it?"

Redacted Since if I even quoted an insult I'd be banned but not the orginal comment
The awnser is easy what kinda of person plays something they are extremely dissatisfied with?
For the
Well that Backfired
How? The only people on this forums are people who want the game to succeed or defend all Bungie actions. In honesty I was expecting a 95% yes because I'm asking paying customers if they will even bother to play. Or this to be moved to feedback to die before 20 replies or instantly banned like my DLC 2 Hype post that just had a topic body saying hype...
Just a suggestion I'll play DLC 2 only if Deej or Dmg04 play the campaign with me or 1v1 me in d1. We all know what would happen if I played against cozmo.
I killed him 3 times in trials. Thanks for the emblem =(
Yes. Probably will play it for couple weeks and then be done untill D3.
-
I'll play it in the hope it's better than CoO Admittedly i've still been playing regularly, I finally unlocked the Sagira shell last night! got my last prophecy materials drop while doing heroic strikes to grind the FWC leg ornament so that was a nice surprise. But the CoO story was a real let down overall, i don't know if i can bring myself to go through it again on my Warlock or Hunter

Edited by name: 3/22/2018 10:40:29 AMI haven't played even the DLC1 of my digital deluxe game , by November I got so fed up with the abysmal quality of the game I couldn't care less to even try it , I just cant force myself to download it again and spend any of my precious free time on something like D2

Dude in May I will be in my convertable somewhere on the Greece seaside. I wont be playing video games. The season for staying home after work playing video games is over. Its road trips, beaches and festivals time. Let it roll and Exit festival are the ones I allready have tickets for ... Probably in October I will be settled on my PC and then I will buy some new game to play during the winter ... So no I wont be playing the next DLC although I paid for it. I hope Boobgie get a rash from something they bought with my money ...
-
I paid for it, so yes, I’ll be here for DLC2, I’ll give it a chance, but unsure if I’ll be around for the September DLC. Bungie is already on extremely thin ice with me.
-
Yes , because i paid for it , but don't expect more money from me in the future bungo .
-
The further the game falls I see myself moving more and more away from it. I don't even think I'll play DLC2 unless its actually worth putting a few hours in then I'm done with Destiny. If DLC 2 dissapoints even the lowest bar of expectations I won't bother to even reinstall the game. If I do Bungie won't treat me as a player rather than simply a statistic to push hype for the Fall DLC because "Look at all the players we brought back in 1 day!" even though it'll probably bleed out again. Hell even WoW didn't dissapoint this badly at its lowest point.

Edited by mecha_mike: 3/22/2018 7:52:22 AMI will play it.. for how long ? Im not sure.. plenty of friends and clan members didn't bother to finish CoO in fact I think the one of us that actually did was a small minority... I know there are a few in my clan/friend list that declared already then that they will not get back to the second DLC even if they paid for it.. But of all them..Im the only one that speaks here..
-
Against my better judgement I paid for it. And Destiny is still an idea I like, and I still maintain some casual interest on how bad it's got.

2 Replies1)Yes 2)No komments 3)I dont undestend(I could not translate this question into my own language)

I love game hording, I personally have a lot of games I just buy because I can, so I can say I have them to other people looking to buy them. I would go to Game stores, and just stand there reading the weekly ON SALE magazine, and as I see someone picking up a game I have, I would go to them, and make snotty remarks of how I have the digital deluxe edition and they should really get it, but only if they really have a HDR tv and 4K console like I make it clear to them I have that. so they know im better than them. in every way possible. I then walk out of there with my sweater around my neck, and go buy a large Baskin and Robins ice cream cup, only to take two bites and throw it in the trash in front of a little kid who only has a poor one scoop one flavor thing. - or I go start a you tube channel about games and stuff, and then just think im going to get extremely rich doing that, only to find out the games I have are all dead. dying, no one cares. I then realize I have D2 Expansion and I go play that in my Gucci undies while having my butler feed me grapes, and I will be on here telling it to no one, because the forums would be dead like the you tubers.... Literally NONE of that is true. - I don't wear sweaters. to answer your Q more seriously with question?, you hate guns, but you buy a gun just in case - if you buy a gun - would you go and fire it at a firing range to test it out or not?
-
Well duh why wouldn't I play if I already got it?
-
I’ll only be playing it because I unfortunately already paid for it. After this one though I won’t be playing anymore and definitely not buying the September expansion.
-
I like how I regretted not buying Destiny 1's season pass, but now I regret buying Destiny 2's. I'll play the second DLC, then uninstall
-
No. CoO was good to make me fall asleep. If DLC2 is actually GOOD (doubtful) then I'll try it out. But I'm not looking forward to it at all.
-
I still enjoy destiny at its core. I realize the end game and game play loop its self are not as satisfying as d1. but i do see all the efforts that bungie is trying to make. Sure bungie has lost alot of good faith. Plus they have a tremendous amount of ground to regain. Wish they were improvinf instead of trying to play catch up. Im still going to try dlc2. i may not play very much just like dlc 1 but i want destiny to suceed.
-
I paid for the crap, I will play it. But this crap will not happen again.
-
Of course I’ll play it. Finally some new content. Also I don’t think CoO was bad...just wasn’t enough
-
I paid, I’ll play brotha
-
The only reason I will play it is because I already paid for it. I'm sure I will hate every minute of it but I dont believe in wasting money (anymore lol). Bungie knew this would happen anyway which is why they bundled them together in the first place. It's such a dick move.
-
I didn't vote because I'm not certain yet. I've been disappointed enough with this game already that I don't really want to do that again, but at the same time I'm realistic enough to know I'll try it because I actually paid for it... regardless of my qualms with the current shape the game is in. I don't expect to be impressed, I'll just say that.
-
Yes I’ll play DLC 2 seeing as they already have my money. Beyond that, however, Bungie really have to innovate or take us back to what made Destiny one great.
-
2 RepliesIll play it cause i paid for it, but unless its some crazy awesome dlc i will then be uninstalling game. The upcoming dlc is really the only reason the game is still on my hd. Which is sad. :(
-
No shit I'm going to play something I purchased.
-
i all ready paid for it. but after that i am done with Bungie. Greed and Lies = Bungie
-
Only because I payed for the dlc
