Hi for some reason I got banned from Trials of the nine.I am not a cheater or a ddoss looser I cant even equip trials gear or weapons or was I given a reason why. we had 3 games where a team left at the start 3 times well we cant control that and it very unfair to ban us for it. If this is how you treat dedicated players who have been playing since d1 release then no wonder the player base is low. If you give no reason or do not rectify I will go through the consumer law for a refund of the game and instruct the other unhappy players how to do so also. Very unhappy bungie.

You or teammates you played with, would need to have been reported multiple times. This would cause an investigation, which would lead to a restriction/ban depending on the findings. Considering the flippant nature of your post, I am hesitant to give you the benefit of the doubt. However, if you really weren't up to any funny business and you only received a restriction, ride it out and learn from the experience. Be careful who you play with in the future as you can be found guilty by association.

Good luck with the consumer law refund route. When you purchased the licence to play the game you agreed to certain terms and conditions (which you will have accepted when you started playing). Go read them again.

7 RepliesYou won’t get a refund. You got restricted because Bungie found you in violation of something. If a team left 3 times in a row, then it’s possible someone on your team was kicking them. Either way, you have to wait it out or don’t play. You don’t get refunds for being banned/restricted from video games.

4 Repliesyou know by accepting the terms of service you agree to the fact you cant begin any lawsuit against bungie right? the ToS also say that if you get found breaking the ToS (by example ddosing or selling trails services) they can take the product (your destiny license or part of it, aka the trails ban) away from you without needing to explain or refund at all.
