Seriously, I'll pop my Golden Gun super, wearing 4-5 Masterworks armor pieces, and I'll meet a Titan who also pops Hammers. If shoot the Titan with ONE of my ONLY three shots, it won't 1-shot the Titan. I have to shoot the Titan with TWO Golden Gun shots to get the kill. But if the Titan throws ONE of their FIVE or SIX friggin' Hammers ANYWHERE within like 30 feet of me I insta-die. It's BS.

I just miss how Golden gun used to be in D1. You could one hit anyone (Ward of dawn excluded) by shooting them anywhere on the body BUT you wouldn't get the damage resistance other supers got. It felt like a glass cannon. Now you can kill a enemy super in one hit only if you get them in the head but you can still be one hit by other supers. I'd take D1's Golden gun over D2's any day. As a matter of fact I'd take any D1 Hunter super over their D2 counterparts.

7 RepliesOne shot any super to the head and they’re dead

Titans also have 6-7 hammers while hunters have only 3 shots.

Because Hunter and Warlock supers drew the most player complaints from D1...and got nerfed. So they are relatively underpowered in PVP relative to where Titan supers are.

Its much easier to hit with goldie than it is to hit a hammer, secondly just practice your aim so that it gets good enough for you to do headshots and then you will kill hammers with 1 shot :)

I'd say run bottom-tree Golden Gun seeing as you want to 1-shot Supers, but since you already are: aim for their head next time bud.

2 RepliesI mean, Titans ARE designed to take a hit. So Titan+Super Mode™+ probably some masterwork armor that adds defense= being able to eat a GG shot And Hunters aren't exactly known for defense so it makes sense

Edited by Zuper Greek: 3/15/2018 8:28:54 AMIf you hit a precision hit with the bottom tree of gunslinger, it is a one hit kill.

Yes. Bungie hasn't learned anything from Destiny 1.

Ya it’s lame. Sure it has to be a headshot but like you said that hammer lands close and it’s insta-death.

Must headshot to one shot. Still dumb tho imo
