In my personal opinion their damage is fine (got to make these body shots count). They are increasing the blast radius, which is an issue on some of the Grenade Launchers.

I guess but unless it's the Prospector then it leaves something to be desired, especially from the single launch ones which are more utility based.

I agree. The Single Shot Grenade Launchers are difficult to use, but I hope the increased Blast Radius will help them more getting their effects through. They're not really useful in PvP though.
